Communication & Education

The Plant Sciences Institute plays a very important role in communicating and educating the public about plant biotechnology. The Institute has established a Public Policy Task Force to conduct research and publish informational papers on biotechnological issues in the public interest.

The Institute also communicates its activities through this website, through quarterly Newletters and through an Annual Report. Various scientists in the Institute also offer public lectures to interested groups on interesting topics listed in our Speakers Bureau. Please contact individual scientists if your group is looking for an interesting speaker.
